With a rise in major natural disasters in recent years, people have an increased desire to help but few know how. The trainings can be taken as standalone trainings or a series.

By completing this or any future trainings, you are not committing to being deployed during a disaster, nor is The Salvation Army implying that you will be deployed. The trainings are intended to both educate those interested in learning more about volunteering during a disaster, and equip volunteers so they are better prepared for deployment if the need or opportunity rises.
