Tutor/Mentor for Students in the TAM Program
The Salvation Army Community Center

The Salvation Army's Tutoring and Mentoring (TAM) Program is a free, after-school program serving “at-risk” students in first through sixth grades.

The TAM Program is designed to serve students with academic support and school readiness.

We provide in-person tutoring along with social enrichment.

The TAM Program operates Monday through Thursday at The Salvation Army, 93 Stony Circle, Santa Rosa.

You can make a difference in a child's life.

Volunteer for this rewarding opportunity and help students improve on homework, reading, and math plus encourage them to learn.

Good Fit For: Adults, Teens, Seniors

Restrictions: Must be 16 years old.
For the safety of the students, volunteers over the age of 18 will be fingerprinted as a part of a DOJ Criminnal Background check.
