Volunteer Opportunity – RJ Montgomery Family Hope Center

The RJ Montgomery Family Hope Center is a family shelter dedicated to providing care and support for individuals and families in need. We are seeking volunteers to assist our staff with a variety of front desk and administrative duties.

Required Courses:

This location requires for you to complete Protect The Mission (PTM) training on their site. The required courses will take you about 3.5 hours of your time to complete the entire training.

Responsibilities may include:

• Answering and directing phone calls

• Welcoming and greeting visitors and clients in person and by telephone

• Directing guests to the appropriate staff or resources

• Assisting with call projects, data entry, filing, and copying

• Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front desk area and safe atmosphere

Scheduling: Open every day including Saturdays and Sundays!

• This is a flexible volunteer opportunity that may be shared between multiple volunteers.

• Full-time or part-time hours are available based on your availability.
