What to expect at this project: The Salvation Army Colorado Springs Corps provides both spiritual ministry and social services to people in need. Volunteers will be assisting with preparation for winter at the RJ Montgomery Family Hope Center - tasks include indoor and outdoor cleaning, sorting, organizing, changing out summer to winter items, and also writing notes of encouragement to guests.

What to wear: Weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes

What to bring: All supplies will be provided

Where to park: Please park in employee parking on Rio Grande St or utilize street parking on Sierra Madre or Rio Grande (please note parking meters for some areas - and pay accordingly).

Where to meet: At 117 W Rio Grande Street (the north side of the building) - the door will be open to the “chapel” area
