Help us create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for local families at our End of Summer Carnival & Backpack Distribution! This event serves low-income families throughout Orange County by providing backpacks for the upcoming school year while offering a day of community, encouragement, and family fun.

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic volunteers to help families feel welcomed and supported throughout the event.

Volunteer Responsibilities

Volunteers may assist with:

Event setup and decorating

Greeting and welcoming families

Monitoring bounce houses and carnival games

Assisting with activity stations

Serving food and refreshments

Making and distributing popcorn

Helping organize and distribute backpacks

Keeping activity and food areas clean and organized

Event breakdown and cleanup

Volunteer Requirements

Must be friendly and welcoming to all guests

Comfortable working with children and families

Ability to stand, walk, and assist throughout the event

Team-oriented attitude

Volunteers under 18 may participate with appropriate supervision
