Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our 54th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center!

At this time, all volunteer positions have been filled for this year's event. We invite you to join our waitlist, and we will contact you if volunteer openings become available due to cancellations.

Please read the registration requirements below before joining the waitlist:

• Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older.

• Children under 16 are not permitted to accompany volunteers. Childcare will not be available in the Exhibition Hall or Volunteer Room.

• If you have not yet created a volunteer profile or registered your group, you will need to do so before being considered for any volunteer opportunities.

Volunteer Roles & Shifts

When joining the waitlist, please indicate which volunteer role(s) you are interested in:

• Beverage Maker: 7:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

• Favor Maker: 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

• Food Prep Crew: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

• Setting & Decorating: 8:15 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

• Beverage Server: 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

• Food Line Server: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

• Food Runner: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

• Kitchen Runner: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

• Pie Server: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

• Dining Room Server: 11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

• Clean-Up Crew: 12:15 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee you or your group a spot at this year's event. If a volunteer spot becomes available, our team will contact individuals and groups in the order their waitlist registrations were received.
