Camp Kroc’s Jr Leader Programis open for volunteers ages 14-17. It is a mentorship and discipleship program for teens to work alongside our camp staff to provide a safe and fun environment for our campers. Jr. Leaders have a week of training (June 1-4, 8:30am – 4:30pm each day) then serve at least seven more weeks during the summer. By the end of the summer, teens leave with leadership experience, first aid and CPR certification, and a food service certification – plus new friends!

In addition to filling out the application, applicants also need to submit a letter of recommendation and a self-written letter of intent on why they want to be in the program. After these are received, our Camp Manager, Jasmine, will schedule an interview.
