Volunteers will assist with setting up our STEM Day event to ensure a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students and families.

Responsibilities:

Set up tables, chairs, and activity stations

Assist with unloading and arranging event materials

Help organize supplies and signage

Provide general event preparation support as needed

Time Commitment: Approximately 3 hours

Ideal Volunteer Qualities:

Dependable and able to follow directions

Comfortable with light lifting and standing

Team-oriented with a positive attitude
