Available Volunteer Crews

We have 7 crews with spots open — choose the one that best fits your interests and availability:

Set-Up Crew 1

Tasks: Set up tables and chairs; decorate tables.

Kitchen/Food Crew

Tasks: Keep the serving area stocked and clean throughout the event.

Serving Crew

Tasks: Serve meals to attendees and maintain a clean serving line.

Drink Crew:

Task: prepare drink station (juice, water, cups, etc.), serve beverages to attendees, and keep stations stocked and clean.

Dessert Crew

Tasks:Set up dessert station, replenish(cut, set, and wrap items), and serve desserts; maintain cleanliness at the dessert station.

Welcome Crew

Tasks: Greet guests and families as they arrive and help them find open tables or seating.

Sanitizing Crew

Tasks: Clean and maintain the safety and sanitation of all event areas.

Clean-Up Crew

Tasks: Take down tables and chairs, pack up decorations, and sweep and mop areas.
