Date & Shifts: Dec 15th& Dec 16th– Afternoon

Volunteers Needed: 6-10 People

About the Role

Help us close out a successful Toy Distributionby lending a hand with post-event warehouse breakdown!

As a Volunteer, you’ll ensure the warehouse space is organized, tidy, and cleaned up. This is a great opportunity to work alongside other volunteers and assist with taking down event operations.

Volunteer Duties

• Pack up remaining toys, supplies, and decorations

• Organize and store items neatly on barrels or pallets for future use

• Break down tables, signage, or workstations used during the event

• Sweep and tidy the warehouse to leave it clean and safe

• Collaborate with volunteers and staff in a fun, team-oriented environment

What to Bring & Working Conditions

• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes

• Water bottle to stay hydrated

• Energy, enthusiasm, and holiday cheer

• May involve sitting or light lifting (up to 25 lbs) in a warehouse environment

How to Participate

• Volunteers must be 18 years or older

• Advance registration required (no walk-ins)
