The KroctoberFest Tear-Down Team will play a vital role in helping staff close out our family-friendly Trunk-or-Treat event. Volunteers will assist with taking down tables, chairs, decorations, cones, and department booths, as well as packing supplies and ensuring the space is left clean and ready for the next day.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist staff with breaking down and storing event equipment (tables, chairs, cones, etc.)

• Remove and pack away decorations and booth materials

• Help ensure the event area is clean and safe before departure

• Follow staff direction and work as a team to complete tear-down efficiently

• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude while working as a team

Qualifications:

• Ages 13 and up (volunteers under 18 require parent/guardian consent)

• Able to lift, carry, and move event items (tables, chairs, supplies, decorations)

• Comfortable working outdoors and standing/walking for the duration of the shift

• Weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended

• Willingness to follow instructions and contribute to a team effort

Schedule & Time Commitment:

• Date: Friday, October 31, 2025

• Time: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM

• Commitment: One-time event, 2-hour shift
