Thank you for your interest in volunteering with The Salvation Army, Citadel Corps. All of our volunteer positions at this location require volunteers to be fully qualified to work with vulnerable populations.

Filling out this application is the first step to getting you cleared to volunteers.

What to expect next:

• Once you complete this application we will send you a background check form via DocuSign

• We will call you for an interivew

• Call your references

• Submit your application to our HR department for clearance

• Once you are cleared there are a few on-line trainings for you to complete

• Once this is compelete you will be sent a link to sign up for shift

To know:

• We are NOT accepting court ordered volunteers at this location

• This process typically takes roughly 2 weeks to complete

• Volunteers must be prepared to interact compassionately with individuals experiencing housing instability and potential mental health concerns

• We do ask for a commitment of once per week for 3 months
