The Kroc Fest Tear Down Team plays an essential role in helping us wrap up a fun-filled day by assisting staff in safely and efficiently breaking down and cleaning up the event area. This behind-the-scenes support ensures that everything is returned to order and stored properly for future use.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Break down and stack tables, chairs, and pop-up tents

• Take down cones, signage, and decorative items

• Assist with bounce house deflation and packing (under staff supervision)

• Carry and transport equipment and supplies back indoors

• Help collect and dispose of trash and debris as needed

• Follow instructions from staff to ensure safety and efficiency

• Maintain a cooperative and upbeat attitude while working as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Ages 13 and up(minors under 18 must have parent/guardian consent)

• Able to perform physical activity including moderate to heavy lifting(up to 40 lbs)

• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry itemsfor extended periods

• Team-oriented and willing to follow directions

• Works well in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

Schedule & Time Commitment:

• Date:Saturday, June 7, 2025

• Time:2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

• Commitment:One-time event, 2-hour shift

Additional Information:

• Orientation will be provided on-site at arrival

• Water and light refreshments available

• Community service hours can be verified upon request

• Please wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes

• Opportunity is outdoors and may involve lifting and extended time on your feet
