The Kroc Fest Set-Up Team plays a vital role in preparing the grounds for our community celebration on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Volunteers will assist staff in transforming the space into a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families and guests by setting up essential event materials and decorations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up tables, chairs, pop-up tents, and cones to mark event zones

• Assist with bounce house setup (under staff supervision)

• Help decorate booths, stages, and event areas

• Carry and place equipment at designated game and vendor locations

• Assist with locating and checking in vendors

• Follow staff direction for efficient and safe event setup

• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude while working as a team

Qualifications:

• Ages 13 and up (minors under 18 must have parent/guardian consent)

• Able to perform physical activity including moderate to heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs)

• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods

• Positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions

• Works well with others and enjoys fast-paced, hands-on work

Schedule & Time Commitment:

• Date:Saturday, June 7, 2025

• Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Commitment: One-time event, 2-hour shift

Additional Information:

• Orientation will be provided on-site at arrival

• Light snacks and water provided

• Letters of community service or volunteer hours available upon request

• This opportunity is outdoors and will require some physical exertion—comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended
