Make a meaningful impact this National Volunteer Week by spreading kindness and encouragement in our community! Volunteers will start the day by creating heartfelt cards at our Corps before heading out in small groups to visit those in need of support and connection.
Duties may include:
Card making
Packing care packages
Providing comfort to individuals in nursing homes and the community
Date: Saturday, April 26th
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Volunteers will gather at the corps for an hour to make encouragement cards and receive an orientation. From there, we will be transported via bus to the visitation location.
