Volunteer Opportunity:Warehouse Setup Volunteer

Schedule:

• Thursday, December 4th, @1PM – 4PM (we are flexible)

• Volunteers Needed: 6 - 10 People

• Friday, December 5th,@1PM – 4PM (we are flexible)

• Volunteers Needed: 20 People max

About the Role:

Help us bring the holiday spirit to life by preparing our warehouse for this year’s Toy Distribution!

As an Event Setup Volunteer, you’ll help arrange the physical space for the event—setting up tables, chairs, tents, curtains, and decorations—so families have a welcoming and organized experience. Your efforts are essential to creating a joyful environment for families.

Volunteer Duties:

• Unload and organize toy deliveries from trucks

• Set up workstations for toy display & family pick up

• Assist staff in preparing the warehouse layout and decorating for the event

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace during setup

Working Conditions

• Standing and light lifting for extended periods

• Warehouse environment; wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing

• Closed-toe shoes required

• Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude!

How to Participate:

• Volunteers must be 18 years or older

• Advance registration required (no walk-ins)
