Position Title: Warehouse Setup Volunteer

Dates: Saturday, November 23rd (9am-12pm) and/or Monday, November 25th (5pm-8pm)

Location of warehouse will be provided after registering.

Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to assist with setting up the warehouse for an upcoming toy distribution event. Volunteers will play a key role in organizing and preparing toys for distribution to families and children in need. This is an exciting opportunity to give back to the community and make a direct impact on spreading joy during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with unloading and organizing toy deliveries from trucks into the warehouse.

Sort toys by age group, gender, and category (e.g., dolls, action figures, educational toys).

Arrange toys on shelves, tables, or pallets to ensure easy access during the distribution event.

Label and categorize toys as needed for quick identification.

Set up workstations for toy packaging and distribution.

Assist with assembling toy sets or ensuring all parts of toys are included.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the setup process.

Follow safety protocols and warehouse guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move boxes or containers (up to 25lbs).

Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.

Friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to help.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Time Commitment:

Please arrive promptly and be prepared to stay for the full shift.

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for a warehouse setting.

Water bottle to stay hydrated.

A smile and a willingness to work hard for a great cause!

Required:

• Age Requirements: 18 or older. You must be confirmed to participate. No walk-ins.

• Register as a volunteer for warehouse set-up

• Complete volunteer forms provided by volunteer coordinator
