Role Overview:As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen team to prepare and serve meals. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy cooking, working in a team, and making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients.

• Help with cooking tasks under the guidance of the kitchen staff.

• Set up and clean workstations and dining areas.

• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• No prior kitchen experience required; training will be provided.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Must adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.

Working Conditions

• May be required to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

• Please be aware this role requires indoor activity and is working with seniors (55+ years old)

• Appropriate Attire: Please wear closed-toe shoes (not sandals, heels, flipflops). Shirts should be short or long-sleeved (no spaghetti straps, strapless, sleeveless, mid-riff showing or tank top types). Shorts/dresses/skirts should be longer in length, appropriate for comfortably bending and reaching items.
