16 volunteers will be broken up into groups for different areas of help throughout the event. I will be your direct point of contact to streamline this event smoothly w/ volunteers. Dinner for everyone will be at 5:45pm. There will be 2 tables reserved for all volunteers to eat and take a break at.
(All volunteers will have a tour of the event and where everything is located following assigning where volunteers signed up to serve their time with us at)
3 Volunteers- photobooth attendants
6 Volunteers - floaters throughout the night between ballroom and lobby for help needed at different variation of times of the event. (registration/check-In)
2 Volunteers- Record what guests bid and win on when the bidding war begins. Record names and prizes. Both volunteers for this position will be recording the same as the other. Its important the volunteers have the correct information when bidding begine and which # won which item/prize.
1 or 2 Volunteers- Wear Kettle man throughout the duration of the event. Each volunteer will swap out after 90 minutes.
(All volunteers that stay from this event from 4pm on are expected to stay until the end of the event. The eventr is expected to end no later than 8:30pm. Clean up and loading our begins after following a ride back to our main campus).
These event is perfect for groups, families w/ teenagers or young adults, college kids, retirees, individuals, or just looking to see what this event is all about and learn more in depth with who we are and what we do! Its a fun event along with a yummy dinner and dessert!
**Please be sure to dress in all black. If you do not want to dress in all black, Festive Christmas clothing is encouraged*****Dinner will be provided with the same meal served to the guests for any volunteers staying after 4pm.**

*****Transportation will be provided to and from our corps for those who do not want to pay for parking, there will be sandwich boards to navigate where to park and where The Salvation Army Bus will be at for those riding to the convention center. ******
