This Christmas we need your help sorting food and assembling food boxes for the many families in our community participating in the Angel Tree program. The Salvation Army helps these families celebrate Christmas when otherwide they could not. Your help is crucial in providing this service and giving families the joy of Christmas.
This volunteer opportunity takes place at our warehouse at Cal Expo. Please be prepared for cold weather and dress accordingly.
Lunch is served to our volunteers between 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. Morning volunteers are welcome to eat after their shift ends, and afternoon volunteers are welcome to arrive early and eat before their shift begins.
*We require that volunteers be of at least 16 years of age and pre-registered.
*We are located in Buildings C & D. Please enter through Gate 12 at Ethan & Hurley Ways and sign in at Building C.
