100 Volunteers are needed to shop 100 kids this day at the JCPenney's NorthTown Mall.

There will be 2 shift increments.

(UPDATED)

First shift will have 60 kids with 60 volunteers from 10:00am-11:30am.One-on-one

Second shift will have 40 kids with 40 volunteers from 11:30am-1pm. One-on-one.

Each child will receive a shopping voucher of $150 to get shoes/clothes for winter clothing!

This is a fun way for the community to be involved with underserved youth and have fun just shopping for/with a kid!

Parking is free at the NorthTown Mall!

Please meet inside the mall at the front entrance of JCPenney's to go over a quick orientation and then let the shopping with the kids begin! Have Fun!! These kids are between ages K-5.

(I strongly encourage volunteers to arrive 10 minutes before your shift and YES you/a group can volunteer for both shifts!)

***Once you ae done shopping with the child take them upfront to check out, if the amount exceeds $150, Salvation Army will cover the remainder***

The entrance and where the event will be taking place is inside of the first floor of the mall. The easiest way to navigate the store inside would be the main entrance of the mall where there is open parking n(no garage), you will see the Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant on the right-hand side. There will be a sandwich board w/ the Salvation Army on it that reads "Event" w/ an arrow that will direct volunteers to the main entrance of the store inside the mall.
