PURPOSE

To support The Salvation Army in preparing food boxes and supplies to low-income and unhoused families and individuals.

VOLUNTEER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sort food

• Clean/wash food

• Break down boxes

• Carry/move supplies and food

• Restock food assembly line

• Assemble food boxes

• Cleaning (sweeping/mopping)

• Sanitize tables and chairs

REQUIREMENTS

• A heart for others

• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.

SCHEDULE / SHIFTS

Thursdays 9am-12pm (food for seniors)

Thursday 12:30pm-2:30pm (food for families)

Volunteers can sign up for multiple shifts

**On-going commitment is preferred, but we welcome all to join us even if you can't commit to multiple shifts
