Helping maintain the kitchen and classroom of the Culinary Training Program. All tasks will be working with and following the lead of a chef.

Task might include

• Cooking with students

• Helping with the day-to-day task of the kitchen.

• Helping prep food

• Washing dishes

• Help prep food truck for traveling

• Helping serve food from food truck

• Meeting and helping organize guest chefs and kitchen guest

• Setting up tables and organizing the classroom

• Helping take attendance.

• Office work; printing class assignments, drawing up team assignments.
