The Salvation Army needs your help with the process of interviewing families for our Angel Tree Program. The Salvation Army is helping over 2000 families during the Christmas Season and your help is crucial to providing this service and giving families the joy of Christmas. Volunteer duties may include:
1. Helping families complete a one page application to determine qualification for toys, clothing and food.
2. Asking them about their children's toy wishes and clothing sizes.
3. Checking for verification of income, address. etc.
4. Entering information from application into a database.
Good printing/handwriting, attention to detail and ability to do data entry are important. Knowledge of Spanish, Russian or Ukrainian can be helpful.
