Our Family Emergency Shelter houses 24 families and up to 118 people while parents work on attaining stability. We have an Activity Center where the families can enjoy events and activities, play together, connect, and find a sense of community during their stay here. You can sign up for a full shift or come for 1/2 a shift- either way we'd love the help! Contact Brittany at 602-267-4185 or for day-of issues you can call 602-267-4111.

Adults and 17 year olds accompanied by an adult are welcome to volunteer. Please email Brittany at [email protected] if you're interested in volunteering with your minor(s).
Come dressed to play, and keep in mind we are in a family setting and our staff, residents, and volunteers are expected to adhere to the dresscode! Active wear is generally a good choice as the kids will be excited to get you involved in everything they're doing whether they're plaing in the gym or getting creative with arts and crafts. We ask that you don't wear spaghetti straps, sagging pants, profane or inappropriate language or illustrations, crop tops, or shorts that are too short please. If you're uncertain, err on the conservative side, or reach out with questions!
