Warehouse Helper: The ability to lift 75#; the ability to be on their feet for 8 hours a day; the ability to walk three miles without resting; the abilito sit, squat, twist, bend or kneel on an intermittent or continuous basis; the ability to push, pull, reach overhead and grasp on an intermittent or continuous basis.
