We have 7 shifts that we need to fill: - Set-Up Crew 1: shift: 7:30a-10a (Set tables & chairs in ballroom, decorate room & tables) - Set-Up Crew 2: shift: 7:30a-10a (Set up desert station (cut, set & wrap), set up drink station(juice, water, cups, etc) - Kitchen Crew: Shift: 10a-1p (Keep desert and drink stations replenished /stocked, & clean) - Serving Crew: Shift: 10a-1p ( Serve Dessers and coffee. Reset tables between sittings. Assist with event clean-up) - Welcome Crew: Shift: 10a-1p (Greet guests and families, assist with guest registration. Assist with seating guest ast tables while pointing out the different locations (bathrooms, hospitatlity/prayer team) - Clean Up Crew: shift: 10a-1p (Assist with cleaning up table after guests leave. Reset table for next dinner guests) - Muscle Crew: shift: 1p-2p (Help clean up after event. Put away tables, chairs, throw away trash, clean up facility, help load supplies into TSA vehicles, and then help unload at TSA building.
